When you send an email, it comes to me. When we discuss your website, I’m the person who builds it. Modern tools help me work faster, but understanding your business still needs a person.

That includes clear page titles, descriptions, headings, mobile optimisation, Search Console and the technical basics Google expects.
I will not promise that your business will instantly appear at the top of Google. Nobody can responsibly guarantee that.

The website is provided and managed as part of your monthly service. The agreement will clearly explain what happens should you eventually decide to leave or move the website elsewhere.
You can send agreed small changes to me as part of the monthly package.
This means you do not need to learn a website platform or worry about accidentally breaking something.

The package includes a reasonable allowance for small updates, such as changing opening hours, replacing an image or adjusting existing text.
New pages, major rewrites, new systems and larger pieces of work will be quoted separately.
